I am writing this review as an eleven (11!!!) year resident of Presidential Estates. I cannot recommend this complex highly enough. If you bear with me, I can elaborate…
What drew us to Presidential Estates, initially, was the location and the price. There is plenty of parking, both for guests, as well as deeded spots (so you always have your own parking spot, and when guests come they are easily accommodated). If you commute, the bus is literally at the entrance of the complex (which is an improvement over the one block walk it was when we moved in!). Though I don’t have a pet, Presidential Estates is also pet-friendly.
There is a tennis court and gym (never used the tennis courts, and the gym years are a few years behind me, but the equipment is good... I know I should go back, LOL… One of these days!!
I live in a 2 bedroom unit on the top floor (of three floors). We have skylights, and a balcony with a slider. You don’t run into that very often! The master bedroom has an awesome walk-in closet, and holds a King-size bad, 2 nightstands, and two dressers (plus bookshelves, etc). So plenty of room...
